Organize agents by physical location or logical grouping to scope reports, SLAs, and maintenance windows

Overview

Sites let you group agents by physical location or logical category (office, data center, remote worker, branch). Once agents are assigned to sites you can scope SLA configurations, maintenance windows, and report filters to a specific site.

Sites require the Professional or Enterprise plan.

Creating a Site

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Sites
  2. Click New Site
  3. Enter a site name
  4. Select a site type — Physical (office, branch, data center) or Remote (WFH, home office)
  5. Save

Assigning Agents to Sites

Agents can be assigned to a site in two ways:

From the Agent Settings

  1. Open an agent's detail page
  2. Click Settings or the edit icon
  3. Select a site from the dropdown
  4. Save

From the Sites Page

  1. Open a site
  2. Click Assign Agents
  3. Select agents from the list
  4. Save

Using Sites

Once agents are assigned to sites, you can use them to scope other features:

  • Reports: Filter any report to a specific site
  • SLA Configurations: Create site-scoped SLAs — e.g., "all agents at NYC office must maintain 99.9% uptime"
  • Maintenance Windows: Schedule downtime for a whole site at once
  • Dashboard filters: Filter the fleet overview by site
