Agent Comparison

Compare two or more agents side-by-side to quickly identify outliers and diagnose issues

Overview

Agent Comparison lets you select multiple agents and view their metrics side-by-side over the same time period. This makes it easy to spot which agents are performing differently from the rest of your fleet.

How to Compare Agents

  1. Go to Dashboard → Fleet
  2. Check the box next to two or more agents
  3. Click Compare in the toolbar that appears
  4. Select a time range

You can also open an agent's detail page and click Compare to add it to a comparison from there.

What You Can Compare

Latency (ms)

Average latency over time, overlaid on a single chart

Jitter (ms)

Latency variation — high jitter impacts voice and video calls

Packet Loss (%)

Percentage of packets dropped per agent

Uptime

Online/offline timeline for each agent

Common Use Cases

  • Comparing agents on the same ISP to confirm a provider-side issue
  • Checking if a newly deployed agent performs like existing ones at the same site
  • Identifying a single underperforming agent in an otherwise healthy group
  • Before/after comparison when troubleshooting a network change
