Report Types

Agent Overview

A summary of all agents in your fleet — status, uptime, average latency, jitter, and packet loss. Good for periodic fleet health checks.

Performance

Detailed latency, jitter, and packet loss metrics per agent over the selected period. Includes trend analysis and worst/best performers.

Uptime Analysis

Per-agent uptime percentages with online/offline event history. Highlights agents that fell below target uptime.

Target Availability

Reachability of configured ping targets per agent. Shows which targets had the most failures and when.

ISP Analysis

Groups agents by ISP and compares performance across providers. Identifies ISPs responsible for degraded performance.

Anomaly Detection

Flags agents and time windows where metrics deviated significantly from their own baselines. Configurable sensitivity (low / medium / high).
