User Management

Invite team members, manage roles, and control who has access to your AstraNetmon organization

Overview

User Management lets you invite teammates to your AstraNetmon organization and assign them roles that control what they can see and do. You can manage users from Dashboard → Settings → Users.

Roles

Owner

Full access to everything — billing, settings, users, and all data. There is one owner per organization. Ownership can be transferred to another admin.

Admin

Can manage agents, sites, users, and settings. Cannot access billing.

Viewer

Read-only access to the dashboard, fleet data, and reports. Cannot change any settings or manage agents.

Inviting a User

  1. Go to Settings → Users
  2. Click Invite User
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role (Admin or Viewer)
  5. Click Send Invite

The invited user will receive an email with a link to set up their account. Pending invites are shown in the users list until accepted.

ℹ️

The number of users you can invite depends on your plan: Starter allows 2 users, Professional allows 5, and Enterprise is unlimited.

Changing a User's Role

From Settings → Users, click the role badge next to a user's name and select the new role. Changes take effect immediately.

Removing a User

Click the options menu (⋯) next to a user and select Remove. The user will immediately lose access to your organization. Their historical data and activity remains in audit logs.
